Description Plans and supervises the activities in CFOs Office, ensuring optimum use of resources and effective communication channels. Develops & maintains good relationships & be the first line of communication between CFO & his many contacts including Senior Executives of other organizations & the public. Maintains a time management system and diary for setting and arranging appointments, ensuring time conflicts are avoided and commitments are met. Maintains all telephone and address lists used by the organization, and ensures that CFOs contacts remain confidential. Prepares papers for meetings, takes minutes of meetings as required, drafts letters on own initiative, opens incoming mail and replies to or redirects where appropriate. Devises and maintains office systems to deal efficiently with paper flow. Organizes and stores paperwork, documents and computer-based information. Manages ad hoc projects and coordinates various internal/external resources. Acts as key liaison point on behalf of the Chairman with top management. Follows-up the implementation of the Chairman instructions to management and reports on status of outstanding projects.
Qualifications • Minimum 10 years of experience related experience. Commercial background is a must. • Exceptional managerial & organizational skills & ability to work unsupervised. • Highly presentable with exceptional communication & interpersonal skills. • Ability to take initiative, multi-task & work well under pressure.

Other Skills • University degree, preferably in a business related field • High level of proficiency in the use office programs. • Excellent verbal, written & keyboard skills. • Excellent organization skills.
