Description - Monitor and analyze and forecast sales and trends to determine what the company will sell and how much inventory is needed for the assigned suppliers. - Monitoring the inventory level between branches and re-balance if needed. - Issuing )Forecast) for the assigned suppliers in accordance to the plan, to ensure effective goods flow. - Receiving special orders requested by the branches and takes the necessary action according to the inventory policy either to issue PO or intra-branches transfer. - Reduce the differences between the forecasted sales and the actual sale (Forecast Accuracy) - Reduce the Outage percent of the branches occurred due to forecast accuracy. - Develop frequent reports regarding the achievement and obstacles to be submitted to direct manager. - Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
Qualifications - University degree in any discipline. - 3 - 4 years experience in purchasing operations. - Very Good User of MS office. - Excellent analytical abilities. - Well organized and Follow up skills. - Excellent planning, problem solving and communication skills. - Very Good command of English language.
