Description 1-Identify new key customers, understand their business, 2-determine their needs and develop plans and actions for sales territory growth. 3-Responsible for fertilizer and related product in the territory including forecasting and analysis of new product placement. 4-Implement marketing and sales plans; establish and meet sales goals; and network with industry representatives to expand sales opportunities. 5-Responsible for managing existing and attracting new customers within sales territory. 6-Assist customers with product selection and use based on agronomic needs. 7-Maintain and develop profitable customer relationships.
Qualifications 1-From 2 to 5 years of experience. Preference for those with experience selling Fertilizers. 2-Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a sales team. 3- A self-starter and critical thinker with attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work with a high-degree of autonomy 4-Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing
