Description — Lead the development of Fawry work processes definition and optimization — Conduct the necessary requirement gathering and documentation of Fawry business requirements from technology — Support the different teams in Fawry to establish their internal productivity tools utilization — Conduct necessary reviews on deliverables of vendors to be sure theses deliverables are fulfilling the requirement scope before involving the business users for UAT — Lead the UATs and present a focal point to check on testing environment readiness for commence of UAT as well as verifying the exactness of reported defects — Contribute to identification of the root causal analysis and distance between identified defect source and catch quality gate — Contributes to building the inter-departments SLAs and KPIs definition
Qualifications Education: B.Sc. in information systems/ computers engineering / software engineering Years of Exp: Relevant experience of 4 years or more Technical Skills: • Process definition and optimization • Systems and applications commandment of automation • Development techniques and project life cycle • Analytical skills in working on databases, application servers, web services, ..etc • Requirements definition and impact analysis • Testing scope definition • Defects root causal analysis Personal Skills: • Good command of communication • Assertive and committed to targets • Coordination and team leadership • Skilled in work dependencies setting priorities • Disciplined and committed to hard work • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
