Description The position is responsible for development and implementation a talent management strategy and tools in line with companys business strategies. Drives development and implementation of the Talent Management strategy in line with mid/long term business strategies. )Ensures regular talent reviews & succession planning processes through coordination and guidance/support to Functional Leads/Line Managers. Provides guidance on appropriate utilization of various assessment tools and interpretation of results. Supports line managers and employees in establishment of individual development objectives and identifying effective development solutions. Ensures required T&D programs are established internally or sourced through 3rd parties. Continuously evaluates effectively and takes corrective/improvement actions
Qualifications 5 years in Human Resources in an international environment and experience in the area of Talent Management, Recruitment and Training & Development Communication & interpersonal; analytic & problem solving; people management; coaching & counseling; process/project management; sourcing, recruitment & selection; succession planning & career path; basement tools; training design & evaluation.
