Description Explain products, services & prices and answer clients inquires * Conduct outbound calls to promote sales and gather feedback * Make a record of clients data , inquires, complaints, comments & actions taken *Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts *conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain clear info about the market ,clients& competitors *Contact businesses by telephone in order to solicit sales for services, qualify assigned leads in terms of sector ,current needs, decision maker ,current service provider ,address, etc. *schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with the prospective customers *Answer all inbound calls in timely and professional manner as well as assist customers who have specific inquires or complaints.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in any discipline. Fluency in the English Language Presentable, Attention to details, excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol. Active listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills. Punctuality in time . A sound Knowledge of telephone etiquette.
