Description - Communicate and call customers on time to sell companys products to achieve targets and ensure customers satisfaction. - Ensure using the daily offers and promotions and new products to ensure achieving targets and to ensure customers satisfaction. - Communicate with telesales supervisor to modify call list as needed for more effective results. - Communicate with the business developer to register customer expire products on the companys system. - Communicate with the distributor to ensure delivering the order on time and resolve any escalated issues to ensure customers satisfaction. - Communicate and resolve with the distributor supervisor and telesales supervisor any escalated problems facing the customer to ensure customers satisfaction. - Follow up the availability of different products to be able to achieve selling targets and ensure customers satisfaction.
Qualifications - University degree in any discipline. - 1 - 2 years experience in Pharmaceuticals (Pharmacy ). - Good User of MS office. - Basic analytic abilities. - Well organized and Excellent Follow up skills. - Negotiation, Problem solving, and Communication skills.
