Description Responsible for Vendors receivables Reconciliations. Follow up Vendors Receivables collections. Follow up the Vendor Overdue balances and the collection plan for it. Follow up the Confirmation Vendors Receivables Balance. Revising Vendors Receivables balance. Maintaining Proper Cycle for Vendors Receivables. Ensure all invoice paid according Vendors payments. Settlement of the pending items in all the vendors with the VOS team and AP Team. Compare Accrual Settlement with Vendors on Monthly basis. Implement and maintain effective internal control on the daily operation transactions with the VOS Team and AP Team. Weekly reports sent on time with accurate records. Monthly Analysis For Aging Report and monitoring the final results.
