Description — Monitor the work and provide training to the Junior Admin Officer — Manage and direct first-line staff such as clerks and office boys. — Maintain all administrative related records, contracts with suppliers, and compose correspondence and internal memos relative to the work — Evaluate and verify performance of the mailing staff as well as the office boys and ensure that internal and external mail is being efficiently and timely distributed
Qualifications •Bachelors degree in Business administration, public administration or related fields •Experience in administrative framework •leadership and creative skills and take initiatives in a proactive manner•Possess an analytical background, and decision making abilities; Strong ability to pay attention to details • Self motivated, resourceful and controlled assertive behavior • Ability to work somehow independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted underwriting practices.
