Description Setup and implement budget/cost control reports. Coordinate and report cost control for company projects in every aspect, develop estimates to cash flow projection, Review subcontractor invoices, preparation and issue of cost reports. Hands on development of construction & real estate projects schedules. Develop fully integrated P6 schedules that are in sufficient detail to ensure that all deliverable dates are clearly established and contractual requirements are met. Produce histograms, s-curves and other planning related reports.
Qualifications Bachelor Engineering in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
