Description -To support British Council Exams Financial operations in Egypt and contributes to ensuring and maintaining a high level of Finance Control and Compliance to financial policies and within the frame work of examination processes & procedures. oCreate Non- Board POs upon receiving PO requests from ESOs and ensure P2P compliance within exams team: work closely with PO releaser and procurement manager to ensure all purchasing transactions are in line with Egypt procurement policy. oRecord IELTS online payments on SAP. oPark candidates transfer journals on SAP. oPark correction journals on SAP. oPrepare Debts chasing letters according to the debts BC policy. oChase Exams debtors and update the Debts central records with comments on chasing actions, Debts management: ensure all debts above 60 days are paid and Debts central record is matched to chasing letters. oWork as a credit controller and Investigate exams unidentified income with the support of product managers.
Qualifications -3 years’ experience in a relevant role. -Financial skills and cash functions. -Completion of 1st part of CMA. -Successful completion of Part 2 of CMA with 18 months of appointment (funded by the British Council)
