Description Operate compound for all the facilities which includes and not limited to: -Security-Gardening-Swimming pools and other facilities like Gym, Spa‡. -Electricity, smart system, dish and antenna, plumping maintenance. Re-sales and renting units Work within budget allocated and -optimize the resources. -Ability to operate own crew plus outsourcing as appropriate. -Create and negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors. -Generate periodic reports and -discuss plans for getting approvals required.
Qualifications Previous experience for at least ten years with successful track record in managing and operating compounds in Cairo. - Good communication skills both verbal and written, capability for structuring plans and ability for execution, budgeting and forecasting capabilities, preferably from engineering background, leadership and hard working characteristics.
