Description Job Responsibilities : — Ensure the compliance of OHSAS 18001 and other legal requirements in Industry sector. — Implements safety health programs to prevent or control unsafe conditions in working environmental. — Prepare work plan to visit all sites in Industry sector on regular base and record these visits. — Follow-up the construction activities (working at height- welding ” electrical & mechanical hazard) and ensure providing safe work place in the plant. — Prepare / review the risk assessment for working activities and ensure implement its precautions. — Maintains liaison with outside organizations, such as fire departments, mutual aid societies, and rescue teams. — Prepare the periodical reports to official governmental authorities. — Prepares reports of findings from investigation of accidents, inspection of facilities — Investigates causes of accidents or injuries to develop solutions to prevent recurrence. — Compiles, analyzes, and interprets statistical data related to exposure factors concerning occupational illnesses and accidents. — Inspects facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. — Prepare / update the emergency response plans for sector companies and ensure its fully implement during periodic drills — Arrange or directs to perform environmental measures by consultant third parties — Conducts or coordinates safety awareness to employees in business conductivity issues — Collect electricity consumption, water and raw materials data to register them in environmental records from all companies sector and sending in monthly report to the Group HSE Manager. Qualifications Urgent required HSE sector industrial Controller – Egypt - Sadat Qualifications: • Education Degree: High Scientific education • Years of Experience : Minimum 5 years + 2 years in supervision positions • Field of Experience : HSE – General industry
