Description - Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications - Installing and configuring all hardware devices - Troubleshooting systems and network problems - Diagnose and solving hardware and software faults - Replacing parts as required - Set up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues - Testing and evaluating new technology - Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time - Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks on a preventative plan - Talk to staff through series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues - Collect and update the IT inventory - Designing electronic forms and configure the workflow - Managing some services that related to users at the servers - Conduct internal computer awareness for new/ non-skilled employees
