Description Drive operational excellence in allocated manufacturing area and help implement a culture change promoting continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma. — Lead and facilitate strategic goal deployment process to define Operations Center. — Facilitate and lead continuous development of transformation roadmap and action plans encompassing all facets of business processes to achieve Annual Operating Plan. — Support development of a manufacturing excellence community in given companies, through coaching, catalyzing workshops and leading improvement projects. — Delivery of allocated projects on time to target and within budget. — Drive and monitor the adoption of best practice and new technologies across production. — Work in collaboration with all involved personnel to ensure continuous improvement methodologies, direction and focus is on highest business priorities. — Lead internal cross-functional indirect and direct functional manufacturing process improvement initiatives through transformation roadmap. — Integrate Operational Excellence contribution into supply chain management process to ensure cost, quality and delivery improvement strategies are supported executed through roadmaps. — Assist teams in process capability improvement studies and cost reduction projects. — Ensure regular audit and validation to ensure systems are being followed, suggest improvisations wherever necessary Information Security. — Continuously build and improve recurring training and development of lean methodology tools, initial orientation through continued employee development.
