Description — Set, implement and lead Company strategy with guidance of general Manager. — Promote company products — Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities. — Seek and develop marketing opportunities in the community. — Contacting major Organization & Firms for Company expansions. — Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. — Leading and training other members of the Marketing team. — Support the sales team with successful marketing campaigns. — Evaluate the performance and sales of each theme and generate report on the campaign success. — Analysis of current market conditions and competitor information. — Develop and implement marketing plans and projects. — Determine the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within agreed budget. — Manage the distribution department witch Study the market competitors and how to increase the distribution points and make it stronger. — Organize and implement client relations through client satisfaction surveys and special events.
Qualifications Must have experience in marketing field in (retail & distribution). Preferred MBA holder. Have the initiatives and able to start a marketing plan/department/strategy to the whole group
