Description )Prepare, perform and follow up the preventive maintenance activities Plan and prepare overhauling activities Supervise and solve daily troubleshoots Follow up and monitor spare parts quantity Carry out modifications study related to the control system or circuits and equipments including offer study, defining specification and implementing modifications. )Plan and schedule the oil analysis program and the lubrication program of line three via SAP. Sign power on and power off forms for all stopped equipments and register stoppage data in the safety book Monitor the Material Analyzer Machine Install and follow up the performance of the ADAP system )Modify and replace the PLC software according to a specific job, informing the Maintenance Department about any troubleshoot using PLC software and keeping the back up. Adjust the position of dumpers, follow up the cooler software of line three and the pre-homo software. Follow the Quality, Safety and Environmental policies and regulations.
Qualifications Graduate from a Reputable Egyptian University Experience of 3 - 5 years Multinational Exposure is an asset Heavy Industry is a must, Cement Background is a plus
