Description —Provide technical administrative leadership to facilitate the execution of maintenance and repair tasks for all production and support areas. — Responsible for the preparation and handling of detailed formal job plans for the maintenance of equipment and facilities. — Responsible for facilitating asset management process. — Responsible for CMMS change management including entering, adding, changing, and deleting of data. — Coordinates appropriate resource planning and scheduling including required labor, subcontractors, materials, and tools to support maintenance activities. —Responsible for the preparation of daily work schedules for multiple supervisors and technicians. —Responsible for closing work, uploading and achieving of work orders after completion. —Assist in entering data regarding the workflow process including work identification, planning, scheduling, execution, and auditing. —Review and report on completed preventative and corrective work requests to determine if time standards and job estimates are being met. Prepares key metrics to reflect work flow efficiencies. —Responsible for annual check on maintenance master schedule after being approved. —Interact with various team members, client contacts, and vendors to maintain effective working relationships. —Responsible for SOPs/ tasks update on system in case of any approved changes.
Qualifications Basic qualifications: •Engineering Bachelor degree from reputable university. •Experience from 2-4 years in a career related to engineering and maintenance sector. •Industrial knowledge is desirable and preferably Pharma or FMCG field. Preferred qualifications: •Strong computer skills ( typing, MS excel, MS word ) •Language skills ( Good command of English and Arabic specially writing skills) •Organizing skills ( able to hand various tasks at the same time and with optimum efficiency) •Communication skills ( able to effectively communicate with people with different diversities)
