Description — Reading & understanding drawings, scope of work, submittals and change orders. — Manage the overall projects schedule, scope, and cost. — Communicate with the Client both verbally and in written reports. — Manage the on-site projects management team. — Exercise initiative and judgment and make decisions within the scope of assigned responsibilities. — Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, sub-contractors, design architects and engineers. — Quality control of all project activities, and documents. — Supervision and inspection for all work activities, materials according to project specification. — Act and decision for project problems. — Deliver projects on-time and on-budget to meet deadlines — Cooperates site team to achieve project deadlines. —Additional carry out the tasks required by the director of implementation .
Qualifications BSc. Of Engineering- Certificate in Primavera - Highly skilled in following up works - The ability to gain technical experience- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Cost loading - High experience in computer software and excellent in English language-
