Preparing cash flow for the company projects. Making monthly Planning report for the company projects. Cost controlling for the company projects -Assigning cost centers for all projects activities -Review tender budget and prepare budget for construction Analyze material purchase orders compared to budget -Analyze the actual costs for labors , equipment and subcontractors compared to project budget. Making monthly Cost control report for the company projects. Preparing contractual useful information sheets for new tenders - Preparing variation order requests for projects
Qualifications - Degree in civil engineering from a reputable university. - 10 years of experience in big companies - Professional user in Primavera software - Applicants hold certificates in cost control management will be highly accepted
