Description - Responsible for the leadership, innovation and management necessary to identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor the companys operational credit and strategic risk. - Develops Enterprise Risk Management tools, practices, and policies to analyze and report enterprise risks, and to manage risks according to an enterprise risk management framework. - Managed a credit portfolio consisting of SME corporate clients with different types of credit facilities - Ensures the organizations risk management policies and strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations, rating agency standards, and strategic imperatives of the organization. - Follow up the Enterprise Risk Management architecture for the company. Oversees or monitors all operational risk management activities of the organization. - Managing risks by implementing a structure that will minimize inherent risks and is most effective with meeting customers needs and enterprise needs - Monitors and analyzes risks within the companys business units and reports on these risks to the Board. - Provides key inputs into the companys enterprise risk or other committee that oversees the enterprise risk management and process and ensures alignment with organizational objectives. - Perform additional tasks related to risk management as requested by top management.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. • 5-8 years’ experience previous related work experience in banking, consumer finance. • 3-5 management experience is required. • Certified Banking Credit & Risk Management Specialist or PMI-RMP is preferred
