Description Responsible to keep all working equipments maintained and running in good condition with high reliability factor and high availability. Continuously optimizes the maintenance processes. Awareness about maintenance requirements for both land and sea equipments. Attend board meetings. Responsible for man power utilization to get maximum benefit. Responsible for running Maintenance processes smooth and efficient at the company. Address personnel within his department on their behavior in positive (stimulating) and negative (corrective) sense. Takes care of an open communication and an open exchange of relevant information. Guides, coaches and supports personnel under his management and implement planes for subordinates skills improvement. Guards and evaluates maintenance results and ” planning in relation to equipment availability, maintenance effectiveness and ”efficiency through computerized maintenance system and internal reporting cycles. Follow up and update department expenses to control the cost within the department budget and company objectives.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. From 10: 15 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in managing position. Post graduate studies in the field of logistics are a plus. Ability to lead and coach others. Professional, confident, energetic and highly motivated and organized. Possess excellent presentations and communication skills. Excellent command of English language and excellent computer skills.
