Description Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with clients. Demonstrating products and services to existing/potential clients and assisting them in selecting those best suited to their needs. Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions. Offering after sales support services. Achieving regular sales targets. Making telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective clients. Researching sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential. Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups. Recording and maintaining client contact data. Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts. Managing and interpreting client requirements. Preparing presentations, proposals, and sales offers. Building awareness and knowledge of the property market.
Qualifications Possession of a University degree, with a major in business or marketing is preferred. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software. Familiarity with the sales process and spreadsheet applications is required. Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach). Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Proficient in telephone communications required. Competent in assessing client needs and identifying sales opportunities. Possess solid time-management and organization skills.
