Description Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end users satisfaction. Receiving , dealing ,Troubleshooting and solving various IT issues and related problems. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, peripheral equipment, printers, scanners and more. Troubleshooting system and network(hardware-software- cabling) problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults. Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory. Installing Antivirus Update and Scan and dealing with security issues. Repairing equipment and replacing parts. Testing and evaluating new technology.
Qualifications 2 Years Of Experience. Good analytical thinking to diagnose IT problems and suggest the best solution.
