Description 1-Audit the Help Desk operators Calls with the Client in terms of: Call Introduction Script Operator Behavior with the Client Operator understanding to the Client Request 2-Monitor the Work Order created by the operator compliance with the Client Request in terms of: Work Order Description Primary Trade Required 3-Manage the Clients Complaints Respond to the Clients Complaints Calls Create a Ticket on the system regarding the complaint Inform the responsible operation and follow up on the complaint Make sure that the Client is satisfied with the Corrective action taken by the operation Close the ticket on the system 4-Quality Assurance Reports Weekly basis report is to be submitted to the department head regarding the above tasks progress and results
Qualifications Excellent command of English language - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Attention to details - Listening skills - coaching initiatives
