Description — Purchases: 1. Calculates cost of unit. 2. Bookkeeping all other costs of its inception until arrival to inventory (the cost of shipping and freight‡etc) 3. Bookkeeping Accounts Suppliers (in advance & credit). — Sales 1. Approved and stamp invoice after auditing (price, amount, date and description). 2. Bookkeeping of Accounts Receivable (in advance & credit). — Output 1. Purchases report. 2. Suppliers report. 3. Cost of unit report. 4. Sales report. 5. Account receivable report 6. Sales tax report 7. Other work (ending year) 8. Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly closed schedules. 9. Analyzing revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis. 10. Preparing monthly account reconciliations. 11. Assist in analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances. 12. Assist in financial and tax audits. 13. Assist in preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements. 14. Assist in quarterly producer commission reports; analyzing and correcting discrepancies. 15. Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls. 16. Other projects due to assignments.
Qualifications Job related work experience: from 5-8 years, experience of working highly transactional systems and data warehouse
