Description — Undertakes technical and feasibility studies including site investigations. — Uses a range of computer packages for developing detailed designs. — Undertakes complex and repetitive calculations. — Liaises with clients and a variety of professionals including architects, subcontractors, etc. — Compiles job specs and supervises tendering procedures. — Resolves design and development problems. — Manages budgets and project resources. — Schedules material and equipment purchases and delivery. — Ensures projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
Qualifications University graduate with a bachelor degree of Engineering. Minimum 12 years of experience in the Engineering field. Ability to work under pressure Excellent knowledge of dealing with computer (excel, office, and outlook ) Effective organizational skills. Attention to details and high level of accuracy. Strong leadership skills. High supervision skills. Engineering and Technology. Sound mathematical and technical skills including physics. 1Ability to think methodically, to design, plan and manage projects. Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities.
