Description 1.Provide multi-level technical support to all users and resolve issues. 2.Installation , configuration , and testing of pc and server hardware, Software, LAN and WLAN networks. 3. Develop and maintain PC system to standard specification. 4. Update records of IT equipment (Desktop, Lap top, other hardware) on monthly basis. 5.Responsible for maintaining stock of toner and cartridges and updating records on quarterly basis. 6.Update records of installed software; maintain a software library list on half yearly basis. 7.Providing technical advice on hardware and software. 8.Resolving problems and queries in an effective manner.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree, in IT. 3-5 years experience in IT Field.
