Description -Designing and operating companys different AAA servers. -Designing a robust/turnkey managed Internet services model to be offered to the customers. -Applying security best practices for SP network to avoid the various types of attacks that might affect the network infrastructure. -Designing and operating the L3-L7 DDoS mitigation solution. -Responsible for acquiring ISO27K certificate. -Responsible for reviewing new solutions from a security prospective, and provide best practices for the involved parties. -Following-up zero-day vulnerabilities, exploits and bugs and keeping the Infra/Operations team updated with new feeds. -Initiating proactive future security measurements and plans based upon the market trends. -Periodic penetration test to selected customers with a detailed report of results to the Infra team. -Work with 3rd party governmental and non governmental organizations )i.e EGYCERT) to support auditing and vulnerability management.
Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in the field of network administration/security. Deep TCP/IP knowledge. Strong *nix administration and scripting. Familiarity with open-source utilities and the ability to develop and maintain customized modules and add-ons for specific purposes. Familiarity with SP environment. -Ability to simulate attacks/threats in lab using tools as LOIC/HOIC... for testing and PoC. Ability to work at "on call" basis Train relevant team members on security practices and awareness.
