Description — Maintaining the quality management system to assure the products quality. — Assuring that the quality of the cars is according to quality standards through random inspection activities and evaluation for the Assembly shop process through Scheduled PA process audits. 1- Release / Re release Assembly shop cars serial production according to specifications. 2- Participate in daily QM ” Production meeting to highlight / solve any related product / process problems within the feedback system. 3- Management of subordinate personnel in terms of disciplinary related tasks / matters. 4- Issue corrective action for major / repeated faults or problems as well as actions follow up. 5- Participate in CAM meeting for corrective action problems solving and follow up. 6- Issue PA Assembly shop report according to PA control plan schedule and present the results for top management and production staff. 7- Follow Assembly shop Procedures, Work instructions, and control check formats / standards. 8- Assembly shop problems investigation and analysis in cooperation with production team to solve any appeared production problems. 9- Daily follow up for inspectors work. 10- Supervise the 100% Check for cars in internal Road test track and Buy-Off area.
Qualifications B.Sc. of Engineering Min 3 years of experience in the same filed
