Description Studies the new security products and solutions like Access Control, Hotel Locks, Safes, Armed Doors, Doors Accessories, Door Closers, Panic Devices, Automatic Looks, and Car Locks. Studies colleagues suggestions and Continuous Improvement Proposals (CIPs) of new products and developed products. Applies the reverse engineering concepts to study competitors products. Compares our products specifications with the competitor products specification. Communicates with the Intl companies to distribute and serve their products by our company. Communicates with Marketing Departments the new opportunities of new products and the opportunities development of the current existed products. Applies the Quality House concepts to link products specifications, customers needs and competitors specifications to set the new products and developed products specifications. Coordinates with Design, Process and Tools Sections the capabilities of designing new products or developing the existed products. Coordinates with Plant Manager and Production Manager the manufacturability of the new products and the developed products. Calculates with the Financial Manager and the Costing Manager the estimated Return On Investment (ROI) of the new products and the developed products. Developing prototypes for range of products based on companys technology Gets the approval of Technical Manager and Operation Manager to launch the new products or products changes. Coordinates with Supply Chain Manager and Planning Manager to start producing new products and developed products. Coordinates with Sales and Marketing Departments to get customers feedback and evaluation of the new products and the developed products. Calculates with the Financial Manager and the Costing Manager the actual Return On Investment (ROI) of the new products and the developed products.
Qualifications B.Sc. in Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Leadership, teamwork, innovation and professionalism competences. Good command of English language. Computer Literate and good command of MS Office, AutoCAD, CAD/CAM, Solid Work, …. 5 years of experiences preferred.
