Description Reception —Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department. Sales —Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information. —Creates and prints memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary. —Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.—Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable —Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel. —Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required. —Receives, sorts, and routes mail, and maintains and routes publications.—Responsible for receiving invoices. HR & Admin.: —Screening CV, —Scheduling candidates appointments, and tests —Preparing training plan —Communicate with training centers—Follow up on training forms & payments —Prepares Purchase requests for furniture & office supplies —Receives, and maintains office supplies. —Maintains office equipment
Qualifications Bsc Degree. •1-2 years experience in similar position. •Meeting deadlines. •Team player.
