Description Supervising the sales teams. Responsible for overall team performance. Suggesting and assisting in identifying sales strategy. Setting up sales plan in order to achieve sales targets. Creating and implementing sales action plans to ensure achievement of targets. Submitting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to Sales Director. Supporting and motivating sales teams to achieve targets. Work closely with other job functions in the Company. Handling of key accounts, prospects. Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with clients. Demonstrating products and services to existing/potential clients and assisting them in selecting those best suited to their needs. Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions. Offering after sales support services. Achieving regular sales targets. Making telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective clients. Researching sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential. Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups. Recording and maintaining client contact data. Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts. Managing and interpreting client requirements. Preparing presentations, proposals, and sales offers. Building awareness and knowledge of the property market.
Qualifications Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software. Familiarity with the sales process and spreadsheet applications is required. Possess good leadership skills. Must be a good communicator, with strong sales skills. Demonstrate aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
