Description 1. Work closely with the project Manager to plan the project effectively, by ensuring that the project requirements, specification, design drawings, are all read, understood and agreed, and that a project programme is in place. 2. Form and maintain the storage facilities and manage stock planning so that stock, materials, plant and tools are organised to meet the timescales for the project. 3. Formulate a material schedule for the project, including take off from issued drawings and specifications, and produce requisitions as far ahead of programme periods as possible to enable best prices to be obtained by the Purchasing Department. 4. Have a commercial understanding of the project, advising and implementing cost savings at all times, and represent the company in a professional and proactive manner in all dealings with those associated with, and affected by, the building project. 5. Check that all materials used, including those used by sub contractors, are compliant with technical and quality specifications. 6. Keep photographic survey of all site operations and works and forward to the office . 7. Maintain and track deliveries, ensure that stock and materials are deployed properly, off load/check all deliveries to relevant storage facilities, and manage stock issue.
Qualifications Proficiency in the use of computer for: •Microsoft office (Word – Excel- Internet) •Primavera+ MS Project

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Salary (L.E.) Negotiable
Comments •Site Managers usually work in an office environment but the purpose of the project may sometimes take them to non standard workplaces. •Site Managers work a standard work week but may be required to work some evenings and weekends to meet project 5milestones.
