Description 1- Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports 2- Continuous management of financial systems and budgets 3- Manages accounting functions and preparation of reports and statistics detailing financial results 4- Supervises professional and/or clerical accounting employees 5- Maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts and management information for small businesses (accountancy); 6- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions 7- Preparing financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts 8- Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures 9- Analyze and review budgets and expenditures for local, state, federal, and private funding, contracts, and grants; 10- Oversees the administration and maintenance of the companys infrastructure, and directs more junior Innovators when necessary 11- Managing junior colleagues 12- Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary 13- Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting regional infrastructure. 14- reviewing the companys systems and analyzing risk 15- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness; 16- Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents;
Qualifications Fresh or 1 year experience - Good command of English - Good computer skills
