Description - Accountable for the construction Equipment after-sale service division - Support the construction Equipment after-sales Director in the preparation of realistic forecasts and performance targets - Maximizes sales and profitability, ensure the attainment of Service Centers` objectives, and overseas the timely reporting on their performance - Ensures fair and efficient resolution of customer complaints related to after-sales services provision - Accountable for the overall quality of the construction equipment after-sales service and for meeting and exceeding customer expectation of the service level - Stays up to date on Technical developments and on competition - Provide support for the professional development (Including Training) of direct reports
Qualifications - Have more than 10 Years` experience in similar position (Contrack - ACE - ....) - Mechanical Engineering Background
