Description 1.Collects data for factory operations as they are relate to the setting of rates and cost. 2.Apply finance function in the factory and preparation factory entries (vendor accounting, custodies and inventory entries) and reviews accounting records and transactions belong to the factory for accuracy). 3.Responsible for the facilitation and coordination of factory multi-departmental to head office finance and accounting issues and concerns to ensure a comprehensive approach in managing factory accounting policies and procedures in the most effective and efficient way. 4.Manages and controls the financial tables and models for the Financial Information Network and record/apply in the cost controlling systems. 5.Review the factory operation and updates the cost prices inventory records for the physical transactions on automatic system. 6.Prepares monthly reconciliation with Head office for inventories balances. 7.Participate in Monthly Closing. 8.Other responsibility: —Works closely with finance head office. —Handling Inventory Stocktaking in the factory. —Handling Capital Stocktaking in the factory.
Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Commerce - 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial field - Excellent computer skills and MS office - Good team player with high analytic skills - Residents in Alexandria are most likely to apply.
