Description 1- Coordinate inventory movement between plants, vendor direct shop sites and distribution centers. 2- Prepare and audit daily scoop information, assist IT in analyzing system problems as they develop. 3- Collaborate with sales accounting on closing of monthly and yearly financial. 4- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of the annual physical inventory. 6- To ensure updating of stock inventory and order status report so as to reflect the correct positions of inventory and orders in hand. 7- To ensure effective management of the warehouse in terms of space utilization, and smoothness of operations. 8- To ensure documents and management information report generated by the incumbent is accurate is on time. 9- To complete performance appraisals and consulting for all the departmental employees. 10-To provide efficient, courteous and timely services to all customer requests and inquiries.
Qualifications Graduate of Engineering with 7-10 years relevant experience in inventory stores. * Experience related to inventory control/warehousing at least 3 years in a manufacturing facilities.
