Description General HR Support :- - Provide counsel to employees and management to maintain a productive and positive work environment, including development planning, coaching, etc. - Responsible for Time and Attendance, employee leave of absences, New Employee Orientation, and Compensation decisions and equity - Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures - Handling employee social insuarnces Recruiting:- - Assist in the recruitment efforts and new hire and transfer processes including but not limited to: coordination of openings, development of job descriptions, diversity recruitment strategies, interview candidates, job offer recommendations and offer letters and write announcements, -Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position identifying effective sources. Efficiently and effectively assist in filling open positions. Training and Development :- -Ensure all associates and managers are properly trained to use tools and resources for effective performance , effectiveness evaluations, development planning , coaching / leading people, career planning and compensation. - Provide and track compliance of required training including conducting New Employee Orientation, New Manager Orientation, and management courses, etc. as needed.. - Conduct employee investigations as needed and ensure timely and responsible resolutions. Consult with appropriate legal counsel as needed. Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures and reporting compliance Other projects / duties as assigned.
Qualifications Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. •Ability to work on multiple projects, meeting deadlines with minimal direction. •Must be motivated, detail oriented, able to take initiative. •Handel pressure. •Good team work attitude •Flexibility •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with people at different levels, both Internally and externally to the Company.
