Description 1. Calibrating and adjusting the instruments of laboratory used in analysis 2. Take samples from different stages of the factory according to standards and follow the uniformity. 3. Making all required microbiological analysis of the products according to standards. 4. Sampling all materials coming to the factory require microbiological analysis and making analysis according to standards. 5. Discover and follow up a different sources of biological contamination in factory and working on preventing or decreasing it by cooperating with other departments. 6. Insuring the final products (Sugar, molasses, water etc.) for achieving the standard or contract specifications. 7. Commitment of application the rules and principles for the operation instructions of different quality lab. Instruments to ensure that the operation was done in according to correct rules. 8. Record the results of all tests and experiments of the products , intermediate steps and prepare a complete reports about this analysis. 9. Accept work in shifts and availability to accept work in different work conditions. 10. Follow up and supervise about the technicians in lab. 11. Accept any other work assigned to him in factory.
Qualifications B.S.C of Science, biochemistry, grade very good mm, fresh or chemistry with experience in microbiological analysis in food industry one year.
