Description Writing / updating Sops & validation method protocols for microbiological testing methods. Setting URS for all equipment need. Execute FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ & PQ with validation department for lab equipment & PQ for production equipment (Autoclaves, Ovens, LAFs‡..‡.etc). Training new analysts, reviewing them work & solving technical problems facing them. ; Manage & cooperate the work with QC manager to fulfill the production plan. Manage the routine work with other factory departments. Maintain the logs, records, certificates, change control, deviations & validation reports. Trend analysis of the results. Perform routine & / or excursion results lab investigations. Participate in routine planned factory internal audit program. Participate in planned factory external audit program. Participate in supplier audit evaluation. Purchase all lab needs (consumables, stainless, glassware etc). Other activities: cooperate with micro lab team to perform routine activities of: Store sampling. Water analysis. Antibiotic assay. Environmental air monitoring. Sterility test for parental products. Qualitative & quantitative determination of endotoxin. Antimicrobial preservative effectiveness test. Microbial limit test for raw materials and final products. Compressed gas testing. Bulk samples testing. Media fill incubation & inspection. validation of efficiency for Disinfectants & sterilants used in Lab & in production area. Media preparation, pre-incubation & growth promotion. Maintenance of standard micro-organisms & Identification of environmental isolates. Testing Biological indicators (before & after use).
Qualifications Years of Experience: 3-5 Education: Bachelor of Science major Pharmacy Job Skills: -Strong leadership, performance management and employee development skills. -Experience in performing long term planning and finite scheduling and collaborating with multi-departmental units to meet project requirements. -Strategic and results-oriented approach to operational excellence. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, peers, customers and regulatory agencies. -Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing, Deming Problem Solving and Six Sigma preferred -Ability to manage projects to improve production operations using project management tools such as MS Project, Gantt charts, and related tools Computer Skills: Proficient command over: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Project.
