Description — Establish Quality Control plans, ITP and QC Procedures. — Ensure all requirements of construction, maintenance, commissioning, and final product are met in accordance with Company procedures and international codes/standards of practice. — Provide overall direction to project teams in technical, and operation matters. — Review of submittals and standard work methods to verify compliance with the specification. — Monitor all projects agreement of all contractors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with approved cost and quality standards, schedules and safety. — Preparing and issuing QA/QC basic documents and forms such as quality plan and ITPs. — Remote the installations on site to detect any nonconformities and following up the instructed corrective action and recurrence prevention. — Review weekly and monthly reports as presented by Contractors and present to the owner comments of non-compliance, and/or areas of concern and corrective actions. — Ensuring all Projects Documentation are properly controlled as per specifications and owner requirements. — Review, comment, resolve differences, approve and initial assessment of monthly progress invoices — Control and direct for testing. — Manage quality control to batch plants and materials of concrete and asphalt. — Implement recording, filing and reporting system of QC works
