Description —Maintains sales volume and generate new sales and maximize client potential in designated regions to increase sales volume. —Manage the sales team and evaluate their performance. —Delegate work responsibilities among the Sales staff as required —Responsible for training newly hired members. —Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development. —Maintains good relationship with the current clients and pursue new relationships with potential clients. —Responds professionally to different Correspondences. —Perform other tasks as required.
Qualifications •Faculty of Engineering, Any department. •7- 10 years’ experience as a Sales Manager especially in the field of Industrial Products. •Sales Certificate holders are highly preferred. •Excellent Command of MS Office Programs and Engineering Computer Applications. •Excellent Command of English language. •Excellent Leadership and Communication skills. •Self-motivated and can motivate others. • Can work under pressure and encourage others to work under pressure as well. •Presentable and time management oriented. •Observer and attentive to details. •Driving license is a must
