Description —Cover the reporting needs, Cover SAP business process training needs of the current used Packages. —Support problems that occur during the end ”user daily activities. —Coaching and coordinating with the external and internal Implementation Team. —Testing the Configuration according to System standards and Methodology. —Seek For improvements in systems performance. —Supporting the users after going live. —Coordinates with Key users and technical Support to provide problem resolution and implementation of configuration changes and enhancements to SAP. —Reports to IT SAP manager on the status of the project, identifying Problems that inhibit the achievements of the project goals and implementing corrective. —Advocates and drives knowledge transfer and collaboration within enterprise; documents and shares best practices, templates and other work products
Qualifications •B.S. Degree of Engineering. •Fluent English language skills both written and verbal. Excellent communication skills. Excellent presentation skills. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to learn new methods based on self-study. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks Ability to work under pressure. Not less than 3 years’ experience in Production Planning and control module including: Material Master, Routing and BOM. Production Order processes. Document management and Engineering Change number. MRP processes.
