Description -Develops production and resource plans that meet production goals in terms of safety, quality, output and cost. -Participates in meetings with clients and potential clients to define projects. -Provides leadership in implementing policies that meet current and upcoming compliance and operational trends. -Ensures adherence to equipment SOPs and other regulatory requirements. -Pays specific attention to equipment operating practices and conditions to minimize equipment down time, lower maintenance costs, reduce time to run project and repeat of work. -Provides process troubleshooting support as needed. -Ensures proper staff training and conduct key required training. -Monitors quality performance of the group and develops and implements action plans to achieve continuous improvement. -Leads quality and safety investigations. -Responsible for teaching, coaching and mentoring employees. -Interacts with multi-departmental teams in the definition and execution of projects. -Ensures that deliverables are met or expectations are proactively managed towards alternative solutions. -Hands on experience in sterile manufacturing/aseptic filling of drugs. -Hands on experience on Media fill validations. -Monitoring and ensure the cleaning activities at the respective unit. -Monitoring and ensure of disinfectant preparation and filtration on site -Good documentation and cGMP compliance. -Inventory of RMs & PMs required. -Executing the Preventive maintenance activities related to Equipments. -Ability to manage labor, to get completed packing of the goods. -Has to look after the Validation of equipments at third party units. -Coordination with the suppliers, contractors for any related activities. -Handling of change control and deviations. -Participation in customer complaint, investigation.
