Description  Assure timely and accurate invoicing.  Follow up, collection and allocation of payments.  carry out invoicing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines  reconciliation of accounts  Manage the weekly AR aging report to eliminate the possible risks of doubtful debt. Book and process local inventory items Suppliers invoices through ERP to set it up for payment. Review and process petty cash advances & settlements on ERP. Prepare cheques due date according to agreed payment terms, generate ERP payment report and send both to SS for cheque processing.
Qualifications  Bachelor Degree in Accounting. Must be Oracle users
