The role holder of this position will look after the following key deliverables: - Attending to Social Insurance inspection, and officials during their routine visits. - Working closely with legal council for all legal matters pertaining staff and workers. - Preparing quarterly summary on statutory compliance and address issues proactively. - Submitting returns, reports, routine visits to Labor and Social Insurance offices. - Participating in government bodies and build networks with regulatory bodies. - On-going maintenance of payroll system and leave planning system. - Handling Medical and Life Insurance, and managing employee files. - Custodian of maintaining legal register and reportage measures. - Owning time management systems, attendance register, and leaves. - Updating and maintaining payroll records. - Plant visits of at least 1 time per week.
Qualifications a) Relevant degree from an accredited university. b) 4-6 years of hands-on personnel and HR Operations experience.
