Description 1.Conduct recruitment process by coordinating job posting on Web sites, call applicants and set up interviews, reviewing resumes, Filtering and Screening CVs, conducting initial interviews with the candidates to choose the best one who fits in the job description required and the companys culture. 2.Keep an updated CV data base & develop a pool of qualified candidates in all positions. 3.Select and recruit the best candidates for the departments & projects. 4.Conduct orientation sessions for the newly hired employees. 5.Prepare and implement the annual training plan based on the company training needs. 6.Assist in developing the job description of each position and update it regularly. 7.Assist in the hiring and resignation process. 8.Conduct the exit interviews, analyze & develops exit reports. 9.Participate in developing the performance appraisal process and review. 10.Assist in setting up & developing the HR annual plan, strategy, policies & procedures. 11.Opening bank accounts for all employees and following up with the bank for accounts numbers, ATM cards and loans. 12.Following up the medical insurance, claim forms, issuing and canceling medical cards for all staff. 13.Handling life and accident insurance for all staff. 14.Filling, issue HR letters and all HR administration work. 15.Issue purchasing requests for USB, laptops & Sims for the newly hired. (Daily) 16.Coordinating with the training centers to get the best offer for employee`s trainings. 17.Helping the Quality Management System Manager in preparing the company forms, presentations and organizing HSE trainings to the staff in order to meet the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards. 18.Announcing all company social events: Annual and official Vacations, Congratulations, Condolences,etc 19.Responsible of the staff social activities. 20.Reporting all required reports and presentations to Human Resources Manager.
Qualifications Bsc. Degree. Communication & presentation Skills. Coordination Skills. Creativity. Self-Independent. Work Under Pressure. Analytical and Evaluation Skills. Negotiation Skills. Multi Tasks. Problem Solving. Hard worker. Human Resources certificate is preferable.
