Description - Perform different software safety analyses (e.g., CPA, FFI) on both architecture and code levels for projects from different product groups. - Specify software safety mechanisms for fault tolerance on the architecture level. - Plan safety activities at project planning phases. - Qualify software components to be used in safety-critical applications. - Participate in AUTOSAR safety activities - Participate in the improvement of current safety analysis methods and processes. As software safety techniques are almost new to the automotive domain, the candidate will receive special training for each new method/technique used.
Qualifications - Experience not less than 2-3 years or more in embedded software development. - Experience in high level design, real-time design, or component design. - Experience in coding with MISRA compliance. - Analytical thinking is a must - AUTOSAR background. - Experience in one or more Real-Time operating system (RTOS) is a plus. - Experience in model-based development/testing is a plus.
