Description Implementation, Testing development workflows. — Design and develop custom Web Parts and solutions in a SharePoint environment. — Design and customize SharePoint Sites, and configure all SharePoint servers and their services. — Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to Visual Studio, ASP.NET, SharePoint , SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C# — Create and deliver data-driven reports — Design, code and test new Windows and web software applications — Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement — Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects — Investigate and develop skills in new technologies — Create technical specifications and test plans — Create new and extend existing operational documentation — Consult closely with management and occasionally agency staff related to projects and tasks — Consult colleagues concerning maintenance and performance of software systems — Implement new software
Qualifications -B. S. in Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent in work experience. -Experience: 3 to 5 years in Implements and Develops SharePoint projects with MOSS and WSS -Knowledge of SharePoint (2007/2010) components/architecture and Work Flow. -3 years experience developing web applications. -Proficient skills in C#, .Net, ASP.Net. -Proficient skills in SQL Server 2008 and SQL Server 2005. -Proficient skills in CSS, XHTML, AJAX. -Deep understanding of object oriented concepts. -Knowledge of design patterns and code architecture. -Strong initiative and experience in small teams as expected to be a self-starter.
